Overview

Hours & Earnings is developed and published by Eden Benjamin. The app has no developer-operated account system, advertising, or analytics. It is designed to process your work information on your devices and through Apple services you control.

Calendar access

With your permission, the app creates dedicated iOS calendars for contracts and reads, creates, edits, and deletes events in those calendars. This access is necessary to calculate work time and earnings and to support calendar editing, widgets, and exports. Calendar information is not sent to Eden Benjamin.

You can change or revoke Calendar access at any time in iOS Settings.

On-device and iCloud data

Contract settings, rate history, active sessions, preferences, and work-entry backups are stored locally. On signed devices, these records can synchronize through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. Private CloudKit records are not available to the developer by default. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Excel exports

XLSX reports are generated on your device. They leave the app only when you choose to save or share them. The destination you select may have its own privacy practices.

Data collection and tracking

The app does not sell personal information, track you across apps or websites, or send analytics or advertising data to Eden Benjamin. The app does not contain a developer- operated login or payment system. App Store purchase processing and optional diagnostic sharing are handled by Apple according to your Apple settings.

Support communications

If you email support, Eden Benjamin receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. This information is used only to answer and resolve your request and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support and legal obligations. Do not include sensitive Calendar events or exported workbooks unless they are essential to your request.

This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or a contact form. Basic hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and reliable delivery.
